Trim removal pictures here. Probably end up covering them with dimpled vinyl if I can find a source for material. |

Not yet. I have most of the pieces though. I'm missing the JDM knee panels and they come with a silver bezel ring. I'm trying to get those soon so I can do the paint. Even got spare fuse box cover, belt covers, and all the yellow caps in the engine bay. Want to spray everything at once.
I'm waiting to grab spare steering wheel and ebrake handle and boot to do stitching. Only the seats are being used to stitching, everything else I'm getting spare parts... Just in case, lol |

Wow, that looks great! I don't mind the silver that much, but I agree with you in that it looks a bit out of place. I think I prefer what you did. Nice work

The flat silver looks out of place, cheap, and scratches really easily. I like this better. I've been thinking of using the plasti-dip to make a carbon look on all the silver pieces.

the diy video where fonzy uses the pastic mesh to get a carbon fiber look using matte and gloss plasti dip? If you do do it, good luck. Im a bit skeptical about this method since spray paint can get under masking tape easily so i dont quite understand how you wont get fuzzy "carbon fiber" with the mesh.
