Electronically or mechanically adjusted? It seems to be very smooth, does it use PWM or variable compressor RPM?
Either way it seems like this is finishing touch that really sets it off. Especially if you start running the larger compressor on smaller motors, holding 4-5psi on something like an MX-5 1.8L would make for an awesome set-up.

Thanks,
Grant

I'm guessing something more simple like a relay and a pressure switch.

Ok cool, that's what I like to hear. And I didn't mean your current setup want clean, I just meant if I buy something, I'd like it to look clean and stock-like if possible

I've been rather skeptical regarding the Electric Supercharger, but after seeing the dyno results of the PESC + OFT + E85

I think I am sold.

222 & 223 whp? For roughly $2k? Yes please.

For the whole setup?

2150 after tax and shipping. But that includes the oft.

Gotcha, so roughly $1500 or so for the ESC + batteries by itself. Since you are a fellow Californian, how are you liking the ESC + OFT combo? How many miles have you been running them?

Driven approximately 1500 miles. Most of it on e85. Right now I'm on 91 due to the fact I have a service coming up soon.

As for liking it? This is the way the car should of come originally. It has a helluva kick down low and pulls like a mother. What else can you ask for? Plus 0-60 can probably be in the low 5s.

Esc + oft = amazing.

I think I'm addicted. I'm contemplating a header purchase. Anyone want to see how far the tq 250 can go?

If you could prove that you got your 86 close to 240-250 whp using the PESC + OFT + E85 + Header then I am pretty sure many many people would get it. I mean the 220+ whp results are convincing enough but another 20 whp on top of that would be incredible.
