It wasn't that hard to answer after all.
As for the person taking a jab, I am in Australia and had a previous pm ignored as well. I thought this was the last/best avenue to ask a couple of simple questions with regards to clarifications about a product I'd purchased and had just arrived.

I think the jab was not meant for you

Seriously though, I'll admit I was butthurt at first. I'm over it now. Still doesn't change the fact that it did turn me off from buying this product. I made numerous posts, and only after expressing my frustration twice in this thread did I ever get any sort of response, and it did seem to be a generic response. It did not seem sincere to me that he was sorry that he missed my posts. To me it was on par with the response given by another previous tuner of "Looks good." I never said they were important questions, in fact I said they were simple yes or no questions. That means it would have taken no time at all to answer a simple yes or no.

I know that the majority of people reading this will not give a sh*t that my few posts were ignored. I'm a nobody on this forum as are the most of us. But the vast majority of the sales I believe are from the numerous nobodys. If they continued to get ignored, even unintentionally, it could hurt future business.

Thanks for your continued work and information Shiv.

As for the down button on the logging screen to display the graph display, I can go outside and make sure mine is there but I'm not sure why you'd even want that. Its pretty much impossible to read the screen while driving anyway. Exporting the data and reviewing it on the computer seems to be more effective to me. I'll check on the graph display and get back to you.
Malt I've been running a version of the oft that's on the website. When I met up with shiv a few weeks ago he upgraded the look and menus of my oft. I guess I've been beta testing this design and everything runs smoothly -and in fact it seems to be more user intuitive.

On the graph part I did watch shiv a few times while tuning my car utilize te graphing display to help with tuning on the car. But I agree the computer screen offers a lot more customization for your data.

As for those of you who get upset about questions not being answered or you feel like you are ignored. I had an entire day with shiv and company and these guys don't have a moments respite. I think I saw shiv answer close to 50 emails while waiting for various aspects of my tune to be programmed to my car. Try to give the guys a break they are not watching these forums as closely as we are. Let alone they have close to 10 threads to pay attention too .

The openflash crew and Vishnu tuning are good guys and I truly believe they are here to free us from the regular crap some of the other companies try to give us and at a fraction of tr cost.

Also if anyone wants to visit me in San Diego and go for a ride in a Vishnu tuned phantom supercharged BRZ. Hit me up. I'll be glad to show you what amazing products both shiv and rob (from the phantom electric supercharger) have created.

(If there are errors above its due to the fact I'm wiring this on my phone. Sorry!)

Chula Vista technically but I can meet people elsewhere. I have plans for a trip to Qualcomm to race soon.

for those of us who dont care about an mpg gauge a a/f replacement would do just fine instead of buying a 300$ guage and drilliing into my interior.. and you turn it on and off by the cruise control switch on racerom btw

Yes, I understand all this. I would like to be in America and visit these guys too. I offered via pm to pay for the costs of the flexfuel setup even if it was just to read ethanol content on my p3car vent, to help development for a kit which was ignored. Being in Australia, email/thread is all I have for now and I haven't had a reply for 2 days.
In any case, my OFT is currently a dead weight due to my ROM not being defined yet and according to the instructions, I have 1 more day to wait.
Excuse me for being jealous of people that could just start playing with the OFT straight away.

Thanks, I hadn't started trolling through the forums yet as I just woke up. Excellent news to wake up to.
