That's fine, in all honesty, I'm looking for SAFE, so if thats 500whp, I'm okay with that

I am going for 250 with AVO stage 1...but I have a 2.5" down and front pipe and will be getting a BOV so I guess that is like 1.5

I will have a 91 tune and a 94 tune probably (as I have options for 91, 92 and 94 here). I hope for 240 ish with the 91 and 270 is with the 94. basically 300 crank HP

I would love to have some light shed on this, because if I can run 500whp without needing differential/axle upgrades it would save me a decent chunk of cash

all depends on the way you drive it. Stock axles have been breaking with stock power, based on your suspension geometry. Others have been able to put many miles on it.

I don't think he is drag racing it all the time, nor is he doing hard launches with very sticky tires.

You need to evaluate the driving style and technique you plan on using and upgrade the parts that may cause you issues ahead of time.

I would say with the power levels you are looking for, I would first off suggest a BBK, and something that a lot of others haven't yet is probably a cage. It isn't your dd and I would put safety as one of my main concerns. It will add additional weight, but pushing those power numbers, you will have trouble controlling that car in the first place.

The cage will also add some structural rigidity if you have it properly built and welded in.

One option I might opt for would be pushing the AVO turbo to the limits, it's rated for 380hp of flow so if I ran 360-370 HP which would probably require 20 psi on 91, so I'd have to go with a built block but wouldn't have to worry about many other supporting mods to handle the power. @AVOturboworld @FullBlown

Id say get the gtx30 oil cooler and rad and WMI and see how you like it. Maybe get the built motor and see what you want from there

Believe me 400-500whp is very very fast in a 2700 pound car

Just dont get the avo because its very limited in its room to grow compared to something like the full blown or FA20 kits. The gtx30 series will give you alot of room to grow!

you will be beating your brothers ass with less than 500whp , and you'll have bragging rights because you are in a car that requires you to drive it, not the car driving it self

Is it even possible to run 20 psi on 91 octane?

With a built block and lower compression I can't see why not, when my brother had his EVO X, it was running around 24 psi on 91. That's stock, he was running around 28 with a tune on 91.

One thing to note about lexusb3 car is access to corn juice which we dont have. You will pretty much have to run mwi to help with cooling. AVO has plans cor a different turbo or at least those were the rumours I heard. I think I heard gtx30
