even doing 0 - 100 off line pulls in 40 deg C, the car just kept pulling hard, I was extremely impressed and temps both on oil and coolant remained under the max figures above. My clutch was taking strain, so that may be something to keep an eye on. Last edited by Ryan86; 12-02-2013 at 07:41 AM. |

There was 2 wires loose so I had too remove the harness. I would like to see a test done before and after install, to see exactly what this sensor does. Last edited by Ryan86; 12-01-2013 at 10:58 PM. |

@xxscaxx I will get you a pic.
The screw is near the bottom of the manifold where the lamina fits into. |

Here's what I found in the stock OFT maps: ![]() I've no idea what the top right table is though. Obviously the temperatures post charger will be much higher due to the compression so you would need to rescale these tables to take this into account if your IAT sensor is in the MAP sensor. If you're using the MAF sensor, the temperatures you are seeing are no relation to air temps in the cylinder anyway so the timing will be manually configured.

This is what I got from Sprintex
For a boost reading, there is a 5mm plug in the back of the plenum on the right hand side, that can be removed and replaced by a standard pneumatic ‘push’ fitting (Legris, SMC or similar) for 4mm Teflon hose. We did not have 5mm so the technician bored out and fitted a 8mm. |

I ordered some metal hose fittings to replace the plastic ones like you (or someone else) posted since mine seem to be a little loose. Is it possible to replace those while the manifold is on the car? or should i wait until i'm doing my IC install? |

You can turn the pipe while the back is on. either remove the back or wait till you install charger.
I'll see is I can get you a pic of the bolt. |

Also, how did you guys seal those intercooler nipples that were leaking? DId you use any glue or anything? Bill @DeliciousTuning is saying that I should check the rubber O-ring seals and glue them in. |
