Installed the OFT tonight. Drove around for a bit, and noticed that my traction control and ABS lights were on, on the dash... I did some datalogging with both the OFT and Torque Pro (not at the same time), and this was the CEL issue:
Stage 1 v1.34 Vehicle Calibration ID: ZA1JA01C Pending Fault Log P0462: Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Low Input I drove it home, shut off the car, and then turned the car back on. The displays on the dash are no longer there. I'll check again tomorrow, and run another diagnostic on it. The car felt fine during the drive, no weird noises, no bogging. I didn't really notice a difference from v1.33, but it definitely didn't feel worse. Hopefully I don't get any more CEL issues. After I get some more driving in and my ECU adjusts some more, I'll post up my opinions/reviews. Also, if the CEL pops again, I'll let everyone know.

That fuel sensor code should not be related to the OFT tune. One thing to make sure is to disconnect any other obd2 device (like torque pro) when using your OFT to flash, data log or check or codes. There can only be one device using the diagnostic CAN ID at one time or else you may get various types if communication error.

Flashed 1.34 today (stage 1). Feels awesome. Love the rev limit. I might be ballsy and try e85 tomorrow since the station is a mile from my work.

@shiv@vishnu, Thanks for the update. I just notice IAM in Stage 1 ZA1J700G v1.34 is 0.70 while it used to be 1.00 in v1.31. Is this intentional?

@shiv@vishnu, I have another question and hope you won't mind answering it. While comparing Stock Mapping ZA1J700G.bin to the .bin pulled from my own car, they should be the same no? Seems not:
![]() On the left is the file from my own car, right is 'Stock Mapping ZA1J700G.bin' from your Downloads page. On the left it seems all the data is shifted up by two rows and the last two rows should belong to another table. I am using VVT intake angle and VVT exhaust angle as examples, but there are a few more tables like that. For this reason I feel uneasy about flashing v1.34 on my car -- I am running the v1.31 file that you sent me by email, which looks similar to the left when opened in Tuner Pro. So is there a problem with my own file or the XDF? |

I've only looked at the ZA1JA00G and ZA1JA01G ROMs which have a scaling difference for the transient ignition retard table. Other defs are the same. Is it possible that ZA1J700G ROMs have different table addresses? |

@shiv:
Just had a look at the 1.34 files and couldn't see VVT exhaust changes - how much more power is available high in the rev range with the proposed VVT timing changes? |

Guys, just a note of caution, with our fuel system it take several minutes of driving to work the E85 through the system. I normally drive on the other map for several miles before switching maps. So run the tank as low as you can, then fill up, then drive gently for several minutes, then pull over and flash.
When going from pump to E85, you need to be easy on the throttle until the E85 is fully mixed and being injected, since E85 maps have a good bit more timing than pump gas. Same process when switching back to pump gas, and also go easy on the throttle until you switch back to the pump gas map.

I have been out of the country for the past 2 weeks and miss my car quite terribly! Can't wait to get home and flash 1.34 or maybe even try a Stage 1 E85 tune if it's ready next week.

Add this to your tank of E85. When it smells delicious, switch the map. Speaking of maps, is there any possibility down the road of storing multiple maps on the ECU itself?
