That would make it highly improbable then.
If everything is plugged in, fuses are good.. Is there a coolant sensor JUST for the fans? you have one dilly of a pickle on your hands. |

Seems like no power at all. I would try running a jumper wire from the battery to the positive feed on the fans, and rule that out entirely. These problems always end up being something stupid. |

Time to go race car status and put a switch somewhere in your interior saying fans on top of it ( written with a sharpie ofc ) and switch it on every time you turn the car on

That's not necessarily true. Reversing the polarity on some motors (brushless motors if I'm not mistaken) will not make them run backwards, but it can burn them out.

reversing any 2 wires on a brushles motor will make it run backwards but wont change the polarity. this goes for both 3 phase ac/dc brushless motors. |

The fan relays are controlled by the engine ECU, so no, there is no separate coolant sensor for the fans. Also, the system is set up so that either both fans run at low speed (just fan #3 relay energized), or the main fan runs alone at normal speed (fan #1 and #2 relays energized, fan #3 relay off) or both fans run at normal speed (all three fan relays energized).

about 2 blocks down smoke started to come from the engine bay. It went up to Hot and I turned the car off and pulled over. The shop found the fans to be fried. They are new fans from Full Blown. |
