I didn't say if they did it, I said if they did it "correctly". There's a bleed screw on the heater hose by the firewall.

Fans are not turning on. Overheats on stop and go traffic. During open driving all is fine because of amount of cold air coming in.

Maybe the fans are not getting enough voltage or?...

Check to see if they are connected and check their relay to see its not blown. That is the problem.

I would lean strongly towards a whoopsie, and the connector unplugged.

No harm no foul.

Sitting here vibrating in my seat, I am within arms reach of ordering a kit. One of my prospective buyers backed out of buying my last toy car. -.-

It should be easy to reach down in the engine compartment and check the wiring. The fan wiring runs from the passenger side of the lower radiator mount to each of the two fans. The way I did it involved cutting one of the OEM plugs off and I used spade connectors so that the wiring could be connected and disconnected. The other connector I just put spade connectors on the slim fan wiring and hooked them right into the OEM connector. I can try and get pics this weekend if it would help. Both of your fans should definitely be turning on when the car is getting hot. I can take a video of the normal fan operation as well.

I checked the wiring they are connected properly.

When I use a pen to push the fan they move slowly . its like they are being held back and are not getting enough power to spin.

I checked them yesterday I can see all the cables and they are in properly. I disconnected and reconnected and no change.

Full Blown Turbo Kit Owners Topic

Well they get power from the factory wiring harness so unless something is messed up in there (doubtful), it's either a bad connection or bad fans. Just because they're connected doesn't mean they weren't spliced in properly, heck they could be wired in backwards lol.

The previous fans went out when the car overheated.

The fans in the video are brand new shipped by Full Blown.

I will be working on installing the new radiator this weekend and checking to see the power to the fans.

A quick check with a digital multi-meter (DMM) will give you the voltage and let you tell whether it's a voltage issue or an issue with the fans themselves.

Digital Multimeters are great tools, and can be had for $20 or even less. Of course the nicer ones are more than that.

I guess its not impossible to have a bad fan. Not all new parts work all the time.
