Did you try loosening everything from the OP back, then tightening everything down from the header back? I suspect a lot of people just take off the headers and leave everything else tight when they go to install the header. The OP probably needs a bit of wiggling to mate up smoothly.

The headers is ordered!
Can't wait to have it! It will complete my nameless axleback and OP/FP catted and resonated. Does it give a clear Subaru UEL sound? I asked because it's not the most UEL headers i've seen! |

I fixed my leak. Loosened the bolt hanging the front pipe and put some ultra copper (sensor safe RTV) on the gasket and tightened down the bolts evenly until they were güt'n'tite. Tightened the FP bolt and all's well. I'll do another video when the car is done tuning. Another later once I get the full Perrin on.
