Why does the boost dip at 6500-7000 RPM? Is this what causes the dip in output up top?

Interesting positive results this far. The whole header thing is and will be abit of a negative for some folks however for sure. Regardless how much difference power wise between stock header versus whatever aftermarket brand isn't necessarily important. At least for those folks that are after a certain exhaust note that only some aftermarket headers produce.

More Phastek closeups from the Seibon SEMA Car
Got some more closeups of the kit, like the pulley that goes on the crank. Enjoy! BTW that is a nice plot on 91. Got any 93 goodness? It appears this kit doesn't have the oil cooler, and the oil reservoir is relocated. I also have no idea where the MAF sensor is; I reckon its under the passenger side headlight from following wires haha. This must not be the final kit. The blower belt assembly sits pretty close to the accessory belt, but it should be fine. Overall its a very clean kit, has caught my attention

I'm really surprised to see you've just tacked another pulley onto the stock pulley. You could achieve much better quality control over the axial position avoid possible angular misalignment issues by replacing the stock pulley with one that incorporates both rings. Also weight gains could be kept low with proper design and material choices.
