I agree with this statement completely. I've owned some fun cars, this one included, and none of them have had their value drop like a rock like this one has.

I've had some fun ideas for mods, but I personally think that all the guys dropping tens of thousands of dollars on these cars are gonna loose out BIG TIME! I plan on keeping mine stock for awhile and I pray EVERY NIGHT that I am wrong so I can mod it .

Mitsubishi shot themselves in the foot when they systematically covered up faults to avoid recalls and started making less and less desirable cars, at least the ones for sale in the U.S. Save the Evo. Diamond star motors was cranking them out from the 90's to early 2000's but they lost their way.

Saab on the other hand was a victim of neglect and mis-management from GM.
Nothing much else to say there GM destroyed that company...

And how much of that -108% is because someone's phone didn't sync or the touchscreen buttons are too small? I know there were real problems as well, but the BRZ can't be twice as problematic as the FR-S.

I agree that the BRZ can't be twice as problematic as the FR-S.

Maybe Scion dealer's do better job saying "This is normal ".
Maybe Subaru dealer's are more willing to fix minor issues, which then the consumers log them as "problem" fixed.

The enthusiast who buys a budget priced sports car is expecting Cayman refinement. Nuff said.

All I gots was leaky taillights and Jiminy Cricket (which is no issue at all for me since its not a malfunction).

This whole list is BS anyway. Scion fell 10 spots in one year. How can that be possible unless all of their 2013 models are complete garbage? Nissan fell 9 spots. Did their entire manufacturing process take a dump within one year? It's ironic because Toyota is No.2 while Scion is No.11 or something now; they are both Toyota.

There are 2 places to never take buyers advice from: magazines and website comments, like Amazon. People usually have no idea, and believe me, I have worked in computer retail for the past 7 years. Many people are just dumb.
