resale value kbb available

http://www.kbb.com/scion/fr-s/2013-s...ue&anchor=true

not bad for 15000 miles. guess resale value is, as expected, pretty damn high.

Mine with 3000 miles is valued at 24,825. Seems like these cars didn't take a usual 2k-3k hit from driving it off the lot.

I'm not surprised, for a few months I was trying to find a used FRS to save some cash, but all that I found were listed at 24-25k, even if you ****ered it down a little it isnt worth it right now.

Exact reason why I didnt want to buy a used one...that and the fact that you only save $1000-$1500 on a used one.

I tend to buy used cars so I dont get hit with depreciation, but made an exception with the FR-S. I spent a few months looking for used ones and wasnt really finding anything worthwhile, at least in CA.

"oh the tune? yeah, that was so I could... save mpg!"

I've never believed that concept(Honda owner) and have always assumed it only applied to horseshit manufacturers and SUV's(American cars for example, gas guzzlers).

Even with Honda you'll take hit in depreciation. Our FRS/BRZ's might hold a strong resale value, but that doesn't mean we'll get every penny for what's its worth with the condition it's in. We'll end up taking 1k-2k hit anyway.

Clean examples would be worth a bit in a couple of decades.
Judging by this forum, that would be extremely rare......

I have a feeling alot of people will test the value when/if a new Supra is released.

KBB is always on the high-end. Blackbook & NADA are more accurate resources to determine the value of your car.
