It's not weak fasteners. It's strong installers.

There are fasteners on these cars that require XX LB FT and some that require X LB IN.

The problem lies in the shade tree mechanic in all of us. We think we know and can do. But we don't and we can't, without proper guidance and instructions.

I always recommend to not start a project unless you have the tools to repair something that you're working on when it breaks or have a second person/car present that you can use to make runs to the hardware store.
