I'm guessing the OFT is somehow affecting the immobilizer? But any idea why?

I think it's worth mentioning my ROM reading experience: After the reading was done, the doors wouldn't lock. After a few minutes of double-checking the doors and boot were properly shut, I switched back on the ignition then off, and now the doors would lock. For what it's worth my car has push-start button.
This happens to me and my car is stock. I don't think it has anything to do with the tune. I have to cycle the start button and then lock the doors again and it works. Noted it to the dealer on first inspection but they said its the first time they hear about this.

Make sure you are running the latest version of Tuner Pro. You can download it off our website. The old version has the bug you are describing.

I'm pretty sure this has been covered already but I'm new to tuning and I was wondering that if I get this unit I can flash the ecu to stock when I go to the dealer and they wouldn't know it was tuned prior?

I just tested in here on two computers and no such issue with Tuner Pro. Are you sure you are loading a 6MT ROM (ends with the letter C)?

Also, in Tuner Pro, go to Help->About and make sure you are running version 5.00.8200.00.

Open TunerPro
Click File -> Open Bin and select the BIN file
Click XDF -> Select XDF and select the XDF file

You should then be able to open up the tables on the left column.
