@shiv@vishnu, did you receive the stock ROM of ZA1J700G that I've sent? The email got bounced back so I sent it twice.

Only mods so far are TRD chassis stuff, brake lines and pads.
I think it's worth mentioning my ROM reading experience: After the reading was done, the doors wouldn't lock. After a few minutes of double-checking the doors and boot were properly shut, I switched back on the ignition then off, and now the doors would lock. For what it's worth my car has push-start button. |

Has there been any recent mention of when flex fuel would be supported?

I don't think the ECU knows or cares about what A/C is in the car. Could just be that the car doesn't like something plugged to the OBD port during shutdown. Next time I'll try unplugging the OFT before shutdown and see what happens. |

. Maybe when you have the time, try it again but this time unplug the OFT first to see whether the same issue occurs.

All the end of the day, regardless of what tuning software you use (OFT, BRZedit or Ecutek), we are all playing with the same tools. So one one option is going to make power power than the other all things equal. That said, I would be hesitant to ever say that X tune makes Y HP over stock. Because that is most certainly not going to be the case in different cars and on different dynos and on different days. I've been doing this way to long to get caught up in the numbers game. Because that is really what it is most of the time, a game. Shiv |
