well this is the cosmetic section where everyone is entitled to an opinion so to me that shit is still ugly. regardless of how many lasers used. its only my opinion though. perhaps i feel that way because the parachute is so ugly and that thing under it brings unwanted attention to it. maybe lose the parachute? i get it though, your diffuser will get your street car to perform marginally better on the tracks that it occasionally sees... like an F1 car right? cool. hollaholla

Wrong. You still don't get it. Reduced drag has performance benefits everywhere you drive regardless of location or speed.

Thanks for the uneducated feedback. Maybe next time you're trolling the cosmetic forum you'll have a better understanding of how aerodynamics and drag reduction works.

If the car was mine I'd buy the Driveway Labs Diffuser, it works.

You do realize that the "parachute" he was talking about is the rear bumper cover?

A proper diffuser will make a car more stable at highway speeds and also reduce fuel consumption, but who cares about that nonsense, right?

Why is everyone getting so butthurt towards those who don't like the driveway labs rear diffuser?

OP asked a question about what some like and some don't in the cosmetic section so it should be fine for some of us to visually not like it.

Lots of people do mods for their car for purely cosmetic purposes, some also consider performance after cosmetic.

I'll be looking forward to revision 2 of the driveway labs and if it is more subtle my OEM look a like will be gone.

I build the thing and I'm far from butthurt... I think it'd be way cooler if I could get people motivated to build their own custom parts. How sweet would it be to have 1,000 different diffusers and each one "unique" to the enthusiast that built it?!

I agree completely with your stance on opinions here, but people will always defend their own personal cars and why they like it. It's alright to debate opposing opinions if it's kept civil, IMO.
