Are there any before and after Dyno numbers going from stock header to JDL?

I am just curious to see the gains from the UEL and EL (Primarily interests in the EL).

These look really nice, I have just been waiting to see numbers!

I did a third party test with JDL header literally 1 page ago. I had previously hosted a dyno event and the owner wanted to do before & after dyno testing of the header. We had an issue with the car and just got it running nicely recently and finally got some nice numbers out of it. I quoted my own post below:

The only changes were JDL overpipe, front pipe, UEL headers. The tune was revised on the dyno. We also did some blended high octane fuel as well (we had too much fuel in the car for a pure 100 octane test).

Thanks to Joe @GoodSpeedracing for lending us the dyno and Toni @FA20Club.com for helpin us with the tuning.

After this I may need to bum one of these headers to see what it does on my vortech kit =x I am extremely impressed!

The actual numbers (light line):
Corrected WHP: 183.3
WTQ: 138.5

This was on 91 octane Arizona/California fuel. On 96 octane blended we were seeing low 190's WHP.

edit: I updated my previous post with an overlayed dyno. The final numbers were just barely higher (listed above in this post). This should suffice.

OK I saw that but..

What were the prior numbers exactly?

Are these new numbers after the tuning and with the blended 100 octane? Or simply with the new exhaust bolted on and dynoed on the old tune?

The baseline numbers are with a TRD intake, stock exhaust and an FA20club tune optimized for that setup. The header results are with 91 octane (same as baseline), a TRD intake, JDL UEL header, over pipe and HFC front pipe and stock cat back with an FA20club tune optimized for that setup (so optimized tunes on both graphs).

@JDLAutoDesign What sort of lead time would we be looking at if we sent in an order for a header this week? Still a 2-3 week backlog you figure?

OK, do you have the exact numbers for the baseline? Looks like roughly 148/120?

Just looking to see the split!

Looks like really good numbers from that graph though, impressive stuff JDL.

I need to re-plot with the peak #'s from each day. However the last time I was at the shop it was brief as I have been ill. (which is why i mentioned +28WHP gain)

Both numberes are SAE corrected.
Baseline Peak numbers: 155.5WHP/124.3WTQ
Final Peak numbers: 183.3WHP/138.5WTQ

Somehow i plotted non peak (but near) for both baseline & final. Damn overlays are so annoying to plot on a maha dyno >.<

I thought I would share these since ive got a few emails and PMs about it. This is how im tightening the center bolts on the header. I used 1/4" wobble, deep 14mm, and and extension. I put the socket on after I ran the extension and wobble through the runner. Hope that helps
