Anyone here do the Drift Trial in Madrid? I haven't drifted much but it seems easy to learn on this car. I'd been stuck w/ a bronze trophy for a few days but improved last night to 11,xxx points. I'm on stock suspension and gearbox with all other things max tuned, max aero down force, and switching to medium comfort tires made a huge difference. Not sure what else to tune for drifting other than my skill lol. Quite addicting.

No, but I've been doing plenty of drifting in the Time Trial! LOL. This car really does like to slide a lot. Been playing tonight, but I can't seem to improve my time any more. I guess I've gotten to as good as I am....

I think it's easier to drift in real life then in GT5, not that I've it much in real life. It's something you can control much better when you can feel all the forces acting on the car.

I would much rather grip the road then go sliding around it no matter how cool it may look.

^Hmm I've always imagine it'd be harder getting used to constantly turning the wheel quick enough IRL and resisting the thrashing forces to keep your limbs stable on the inputs.

I never bothered to try drifting til the 86 came and made it easy to learn. I realized it's not about looking cool as much as it is technique in controlling inertia. Serious thought and work went into its development to bring a fresh perspective to and more value out of the game. I'm barely finding this out almost a year and a half after I bought it.

Here's my run
