First I would have to say do tires, even if its on the stock wheels!

Secondly, I would say Swift Springs!

A lot of our customers really enjoyed the Swifts!

They have done extensive R&D and also have different rates that accomodate the FR-S and BRZ individually.

Thanks,
Michael

Are you looking for performance or looks?

Looks - springs first. A lowered car on stock wheels usually looks better than rims on an unlowered car.

Performance - Tires will make a HUGE difference.

I always go coilovers first, then wheels/tires. For clearance issues. What's your budget?

I like both?!
I always buy wheels and tires + appropriate suspension setup.
It's fine to purchase individually, but when it comes to building the leg work, I always recommend install everything at once.

A lowered car on stock wheels looks much nicer than a nice set of wheels with standard suspension.

I agree ^^. I was going to do wheels first, but decided going with springs. I lowered my BR-Z with H&R Super Sports and then put H&R 30mm wheel spacers on the rear and it completely changed the look of the car. The rear wheels sit flush now. 15mm Ichiba V2 spacers in the front coming soon.
