Just for the record, I drove like a complete shithead on day 2, so I don't know how much of those results are indicative of anything. I drove okay on day 1 but still left some time on the table on the tighter power course.

While I don't care either way what happens to E85, it does bother me that 100oct is not included in this ban. Maybe it's a midwest/east coast thing, but there isn't shit out here for 100oct. I don't even know where I'd look aside from buying some online and having it shipped to my house.

Granted, there is a 100oct pump 5 miles from Lincoln Air Park, but there is also a minimum-85% E85 pump that is about 7.

I certainly agree with you. My thoughts on banning only E85 is that, quite simply, it's easier to detect.

I agree too, and the smell from a car running on E85 is very noticeable.

Could write a letter too

I just did in support of an oil cooler. Encourage other people (even outside of this forum) to also write a letter. This is of benefit to anyone interested in their cars being dual purpose vehicles...

Interesting to see how last season played out. But I don't see a reason to move it out considering how well the RX8 platform did.

Anyone have any news on the oil cooler allowance? I heard they were reviewing it.

It was denied in the last Fastrack or maybe the one before it. If they are re-reviewing it that would be good news. I wrote the original letter asking for it, and plan on writing another one shortly.

The original proposal I made was denied in the October Fastrack by the STAC, if someone made another one they are reviewing then great. When I polled people on RRAX about it, nobody really could think of a good reason to not allow them and quite a few thought it would be a good allowance.

Ive considered putting one on my car in Street and should someone complain about it, I'd punch them in the kidney for being a whining bitch as there is 0 benefit other than longevity of the motor
