Sort of.... I had to go to the site and use my credit card to do the download. Once I completed the download, I sent a copy of the electronic receipt to Subaru HQ, and I got a check back in the mail in just a few days for the cost of the maps including the sales tax! (I had prearranged this with them following my complaint about the old maps).

If you go to the Subaru HQ home page, you can fill out the "Contact Us" form and make your case. This is a generic form, so you have to tell them exactly who you are and what you are asking them to do.

My case was really simple... I just bought a new BRZ from you in Q3 of 2013, and I would have expected to get the latest maps, not ones from 2011. They said they would do the upgrade for me as a one time good will gesture.

What's the point of flipping them off, then?!!!? If you don't want to be seen by them then keep them in your rear view.

I have 20% rear, 30% sides and 40% on the front windshield. Just dark enough for me, but light enough for the cops not to bother me.
