lol, actually It really was lol. I was waiting to turn left It was a two lane tuning lane I had to move into the left side lane so I could actually make it through this short light and it just rained so the roads were slick. The light turns green the other drives start moving but like molasses. I make it through just in time I look for an opening to move all the way to the right I rev it high in first then shift into second then as soon as I did that the car slides moving sideways swerves brefly right then left and before I felt that I was losing control the car centers itself and I'm driving a straight line and was able to move all the way over to the right lane. I mean I was quit impressed with how it handled it.

Not today... But Saturday, drove my fiancee to church, where she became my wife.
Then later that night (or early Sunday morning), drove my new wife to our condo, with a trunk full of wedding gifts, a tux, etc.

Not bad.

No pics, but scratched the underside of the bumper. Apparently I'd used to a big dip in the road coming out of a light in my lifted truck I had, I forgot about it in a car being this low. No visible damage unless laying underneath. I know it's not a big deal, scratches aren't the end of the world, but the first one always sucks.

Bought some gloss, uv resistant clear coat spray from Home Depot and tomorrow I am buying some VHR Night Shades from Advance Auto Parts. I plan on smoking the DRL's and if that turns out, I will black out the tails to tide me over until I purchase the black & orange Valenti tails.

Installed Cusco Sports Accel pedal. Install took about 10min to eyeball the parts, look at the pictures in the instructions (since they're in Japanese), borrow a 7mm wrench and 2.5mm allen key from a technician, and get it snugged up.

No more awkward foot placement for heel-toe maneuvers! Not sure why the pedal is chrome, though. Kinda doesn't match the other pedals *shrug*

Also installed Cusco drift knob. Simple install but I was clumsy with the vice grips taking the old button off and damaged the leather on the brake handle a little. Grrrrr!
