Even better than both the Buick Skylarks I owned, if you can believe that.

Not as good as my Jaguar XF V6 supercharged.

Half the price though.

The BRZ is a friendly little car with not much power, excellent steering and brakes and highly entertaining to drive.

I love the car, but my favorite car of all time was my '04 VW R32. That car was just an absolute blast to drive.

Withholding judgement on this until at least 15K, maybe more like 40K miles. "Favorite" is a strong term.

It might be. The factor is pretty off the charts. Mechanically, my car is solid so far. Only issue is that the MT6 is going to get a squirt of Redline MTL real soon now because the factory fill shifts like crap when not-warm (and will likely do better on MTL at all temps).

Only real annoyance to date is discovering that filling the torque dip is going to be real money (FI and/or header) in addition to the tuning I planned on. I don't feel like I need more power, but I definitely do want more area under the torque curve below 5K. Given what that's going to cost though... I just might have to go for the "quantity discount". The chassis is clearly deserving of it.

I agree. I really look forward to driving the FRS everyday. I loved all 17 of my Corvette's, but there is just something fun about driving this car. Little and lightweight makes for a fun car.

I vote a reluctant "no" only because the car that rates higher in my previous ownership is a sedan. The two are really in a different categories, but my 1999 E46 bmw 328i sedan with premium and cold weather pkg rates a little higher.

As practical and functional a car the FR-S is, the RWD naturally aspirated 3 series was a total gem.

The FR-S is my first ever coupe. I really should have abstained from voting based on this fact, but the conversation is too tempting to avoid.

I voted yes for the same reason, even it makes the comparison pointless. There really isn't any valid comparison between an 86 and a Civic LX (or its other-brand equivalents).

Car 8, by far my favorite. There is nothing about this car that I dislike, other than that I don't have one of each color.

I've seen your car on MR2OC. Nice car man.

I'd have to agree with you. My 93 MKII is by far my favorite. The FRS is tied for 2nd with my S2000.

I miss my MR2 everyday. Sigh.

The BRZ kicks the absolute crap out of my old car, a 2000 Legacy L wagon. However, I will miss the AWD in the winter and the backseats/trunk space for moving people and things.

Oh well.

I had a Audi A6 2.7Biturbo before the Fr-s. I would say I like them both equality for completely different reasons. Fr-s is fun to drive where the Audi was amazing comfort and practicality.
