Are there noticable whining noise levels between the Vortech and the Sprintex.
Saw a you tube clip of the Sprintex and it sound very loud in the cab, but then video audio can distort the actual sound.

If you think the sound of a twin screw supercharger is annoying then the innovate kit is not for you. That's half the fun.

Plenty of innovate kits on the road, and engines aren't popping left and right. Time will tell, but the kit is more than functional in its current form.

Will it make huge HP numbers? No, but we all knew that when it was released simply due to the blower size.

Thanks

So giving your biased and unbiased view, which SC is the one to go for.
Take into consideration we have the new Intercooled Sprintex available in South Africa. We have shit fuel around your 91OCT.

@Turbowned that was on E50 but I'm probably at 230whp on 93 now. I plan to get to the dyno soon. Went out last night on E85 on the newest tune and it feels real good. I was a very early adopter so the tune has had some revisions over time. That dyno pull was one of the very first revisions.

Deciderd to make a video while on my way to lunch to show what the innovate kit sounds like. I would not call it a loud whistle, its pretty awesome.

So it's decided, vortech is the option with the most potential?

I rode in @xjohnx's Innovate powered car tonight. It was a quick spin around the block, but it felt awesome.

For what is readily available on the market for both kits, I'd probably go with the Innovate simply due to the shove you get at the lower RPMs (perfect for a daily IMO). Each kit has its strengths and weakness' though, so just flip a damn coin and boost your car already.

Also, the whine is in no way annoying. Its intoxicating.
