I actually just started looking to source aluminum sheeting here in the area, but I've come up short. I've got the rivet gun on standby. I also need to wait till the exhaust gets in to make sure it clears. Looking at yours I don't think it would fit with the Tomei Expreme Ti unfortunately.
I'd bet it would. I'd love to test fit if you were closer.

Here's my buddy's S2k I did last weekend (The Right inner fin was still a tad long in that picture, was trimmed and everything is PERFECT!)

So proud of this:

Sooooo little ground clearance. But very sexy, great work! I had a lot to keep in mind when designing mine. Daily driving, speed bumps, driveways, not cutting up the rear bumper.

I plan on popping out a bit more extreme design soon. Keep a lookout.

He didn't bottom out, One fin was just longer after the bending process. His car barely moves on that coil setup, and is now a purpose built track car.

I really didn't want to cut my rear bumper, but with the exhaust being routed through the center now, and blah blah... It seemed pointless to keep the dual side cutouts. I need to scoop some abs plastic and make a new rear cover. Right now I have the Trimmed OEM piece re-attached.

I had to cut it at an angle like that to get rid of all of the exhaust cut-outs. If I didn't completely cut it off the car before making the diffuser, I could have probably had a less-angled cut because of that 1/2in. part before the rear valance starts...

Nice! Got an undershot? You said your exhaust was center exit, like lotus style?

Here. I'm building the integrated side spats this weekend, and finishing sealing the front of the center piece to the body to keep air from getting above the diffuser. I may add a dual pipe setup to it later, I'm not sure.

See why I want to completely redo the upper valance part? If I didn't cut it out, it could have almost been a straight cut...

Yeah, it looks good though. Thought about making an aluminum skirt to screw or rivet in where the valance needs to be removed?

I actually have a leftover giant sheet from doing the S2k... and that's seriously been on my mind.

I'm over in the Tampa area and I hear tons of things about the meets in Orlando. I may ride up there if I'm not working next time to check it out in person. It would give me some ideas no doubt

I'll be ordering the Tomei Expreme ti 80. With your current setup, I'd imagine that the can would be too big, or fit pretty snug. Nothing that a little trimming couldn't fix. Check out some pics of it and let me know.
