Who makes the best value performane guages?

Looking for an accurate oil pressure gauge that isn't $200. The cheap mechanical one I have isn't working well.

AEM has some good ones. MSRP is 210. You can probably find them cheaper.

really digging the MTX line from Innovate, when you look at the 2 gauges in 1 thing the cost is justified

I'm using a scangauge for oil temp, water temp, IAT and ignition so really I just need a reliable electronic oil pressure gauge.

Sportsguy83, thank you for your help this weekend with my questions, your AEM gague is a litte out of my price range ~$100 and I already ordered the galley plug but I appreciate the offer.

This is your classic pick 2:

1. Accurate
2. Cheap
3. Reliable

I guess I find it hard to believe you can't find all three in one gauge for less than $100.

It's also a great setup to only end up with 1 or 0.

A "cheap" gauge (say, under $50-150) should be just as accurate and reliable as "expensive." It's not until you get to "dirt cheap" that they're truly junk.

Autometer has been used forever and is as accurate and reliable as you're going to need. But they're ugly.

You can get a half sweep electrical Autometer for around $70, but that only satisfies Cheap and Reliable. I have no issues with Autometer gauges. I just find they look more at home in American muscle.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned using Torque Pro?

If you've got a tablet or android phone, it's 5 bucks for the app... It's going to be as accurate as the sending unit that comes with the car.

Because the OEM oil pressure sensor is not truly a range sensor, only sends one signal low pressure and when that low signal is sent, its already too late to save the engine. He wants a sensor with certain range (say 0-100 psi).
