I doubt it was intentional. These guys are on top of their game.

After PM's it sounds like maybe had us confused with another vendor on here, as you got our quote but not another companies. No worries though.

Speed factory IMO is the best vendor on the site and just about the only place I will purchase toyobaru parts online. Unless I can grab it in store that day. Competitive pricing, quality products, fast shipping and good comunication. Not much else you can ask for!

We try our hardest for only 2 guys but we're not always perfect. 99% there though I believe.

I ordered a few things from FT86Speedfactory to test them out and because they had very competitive prices. Here is my experience:

I placed an order for some Eneos Sustina, HKS oil filter, Toyota badges and a Chase Bays grounding kit. 2 days later I receive part of my order (the Eneos) in the mail, woot woot! But I was left wondering where the rest of my order was. About 4 days later the rest of the my order came in!..But there was a couple of issues (wrong cables and damaged badges), so I emailed them and Jeremy took good care of me and got a return label for it. I also wanted to order some header gaskets too and he let me tack that onto my return order for free!

Overall I am very pleased with FT86Speedfactory and their customer service, highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Another satisfied customer here with nothing but good things to say. Ordered my Rev Works header thinking it was in stock, turns out it wasn't and when I emailed Jeremy he replied back very quickly informing me of the next shipment date and even telling me my spot in line. So instead of canceling I decided to hold out, emailed him asking to add an O2 sensor spacer to my header order and he added it right away and sent me the invoice. Now 2 weeks later I email him AGAIN on a Sunday asking him to add the Grimmspeed header gaskets to my order. Wasn't expecting a reply until Monday but he replied back within the hour even on a Sunday with an invoice for me.

FT86 Speedfactory's service is almost too good to be true lol especially when you take into account I got the 2% discount on my header AND free shipping!
