The arm is slightly angled in the actual actuator. This is normal. I actually had an issue similar to yours when I first installed my personal system. I just moved the TB hoses a little bit and the lever can not touch the hose. That is how it was supposed to be, it was my mistake for not making sure it is tucked well when I first did the install.

What about the three screws that hold it on? Do they sit flush or slightly not so flush? I still have the noise but only when I am at 6k and blip. It's 95% gone though. I can wot shift and no noise

So drove my car again and the noise is super minimal not every time like before. Not much access to adjust anything due to how the blower sits. I can't really see what I would be adjusting without it off of the car. I notice the slight angle the rod has almost touching the roof of the valve itself going in. I wonder if it is damaged due to binding for some time

Well we shall see. And now I am worried about damage that may have been caused due to this.

spent about 12 hours and nearly 30 revisions to have it go away on pump. Still can see some on the datalogs, but no more audible noise on the last beta tune. The audible portion is what counts.

No easy task IMO....the blower pushes that air in there awfully quick if you stomp on it.

I see tip in knock on all my tunes. If you take a ecutek log you will see it as Knock Correction right when you go to WOT. It isn't audible on mine (from inside the cabin at least)

I see that as well on mine. The audible part scares me a lot though.

Noise is gone wot but is slightly apparent if I blip at 6k. I guess I may need a new bypass valve.....
I'm not convinced. My guess is its transient det/knock. If it only does it when the vehicle is rolling (in neutral on that video, I assume?) then the ECU is doing something different as it thinks the car is moving. The bypass valve on the supercharger doesn't know the car is moving, but the ECU does, and may be applying a different strategy.

Check your knock count with an OBD scanner or monitor it realtime with ecutek if you can to see if you get simultaneous knock events with the noise.

In the video my foot was holding the clutch in. The car won't do it if its just in neutral or at a complete stop. Even with the launch control setp on, the vehicle will not make the noise. The clutch has to be in at low speed with throttle blip, WOT shifting gears or at speed in the mid to high rpm range when blip of the the throttle. I have tried many times to get it to do it at idle or rolling in neutral. No signs than at all.
