I have been reasonable by not posting "OMMEHGERD MY VISCONTI FF KIT IS BLOODY LEAKING" all over the general forums, that's why I've kept it all in the FF thread and my vendor feedback thread. Please do let me know if this needs more exposure. I will be happy to post it all over the forums if I have to.
I wasn't being an ass, I honestly tried a search, and didn't come up with anything. I found a reference to what I believe is yours, and it suggested non US cars were somehow different, so that's understandable.

Youtube video of the car with the kit installed in Don's shop was posted July 17th, user stated it was totalled on the 23th: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...8&postcount=21

This by other accounts was the test mule for the kit that went out to the group buy people (which I was a part of). I received the kit, minus the ECU harness on June 26th.

Additionally, in a phone conversation I had with John he stated to me that he had multiple people running the kit BEFORE the groupbuy with no issues whatsoever.

The line/hose changes where announced July 31st: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...&postcount=399

Based on all of this, this car very likely had the first gen version of the fuel kit installed, well before the adjustments to the fuel line were being considered - especially since early on they wanted to point the finger at user install error, rather than a problem with the parts provided.

I know you weren't, just trying to take the clutter out of this thread so it stays focused. But seeing you can't find anything on the leaks makes me believe it doesn't have the exposure it requires so I'll remedy that soon.

Also on the non US car thingy, thats part of the bullshit with the kit. The kit was advertised to the whole world and they eagerly stuffed our monies in their pants yet they didnt even stop to think "Oh wait. Maybe they don't have quick disconnect couplers on their cars. Nah fuck it. They can reuse OEM clamps. Should be fine on the hose that's too large."

On another note, I have seen the Visconti Master Tuner sticker on a lot of toilets/urinals at a few different shops. Perhaps it would be better if placed on the fire extinguishers.

@Yruyur has/had leaks and immediately bought a fire extinguisher. (a lot of jokes started from this). He is a US customer and the hose was incorrectly sized from what I understand. He immediately plunged towards the "fix at a cost" and threw money at Visconti only to receive a box with a pipe cutter and misc components. I woke up in the middle of the night to a picture message of said pipe cutter and nearly passed out laughing that this was the solution he was given (at a cost) to his leaking fuel line. He has been afraid to drive his car since the install of the original fuel line. He is the only local that I know personally that has Visconti's fuel line setup. I am sure others can chime in with names of people who leaked. AFAIK yruyur still cant install the new line as he doesn't have instructions. He has had this for a while now, I don't know why no one spent 15 minutes to make a simple guide.

You are simply being ignorant. This has been plagued on the forum and showing 15-25% failure rate, in which the Visconti staff simply said there isn't as big of an issue as people said. Even though he was publicly announcing the number of kits sold & the community spoke with a head count of number of leaks.

I wasted my time, read one of the links, and the one guy that was worried about the wrong size hose being supplied, and clearly stated he was a NON US Customer, and had different factory lines.

How much more do I have to read to find HOW MANY KITS ACTUALLY LEAKED?

Why is that so hard for a guy spouting "facts"?
See above. We have facts of people leaking. I personally wont sit in yruyur's car.

I wouldn't either because we'd use facts to make a valid decision on whether you were guilty or not.
