As in N/m? Which would be 429 and 536lbs/in? That's not so soft.

They're 40 N/mm which is 228 lbs/in in front. Approx 4 kg/mm.

50 N/mm rear or 280 or so lbs/in rear. Approx 5 kg/mm.

Just installed my ST coilovers! Tomorrow at noon my Enkei Raijins and Michelin PSS wheels and tires go on along with an alignment.

One thing i like about these coilovers (aside from the price) is the spring rates are closer to the stock rates. On my BMW 135i, I went with Ohlins and VERY stiff spring rates, and while the car handled brilliantly, the stiff, bouncy ride got old. It was one of the reasons I traded it in for my BRZ.
The ST coilovers feel very similar to the stock shocks, stiff, but not too stiff, with a nice quiet ride. I feel these were the best choice for me, since I know i wasn't going to mess with adjustments, and I probably won't track or AX the car (too busy) so I was able to lower my car and retain the streetability.

I can't wait til tomorrow, I'll post pics after I get the car back with the wheels and tires installed.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you order the coils from?

I ordered them through my local Subaru tuner "Fine Line Imports" cost was $850.

I'm pretty sure the ST coilovers can be ordered up from a bunch of different places though.

I think it's a max of 2 inches lower. Which is perfect for me.
