Here is a header that shipped yesterday

These are shipping daily now. If anyone has ANY concerns with quality we will send personalized pics before shipment so that there are no issues.

As for the header in question. I have offered to send a replacement while still letting him run that particular one until the replacement arrives. I have also offered a full refund. I did not charge for the (4) EGT bungs, and also shipped it to the UK 2 Day air. We received the email with the issues on sunday and this was posted monday morning. We are closed sunday and monday typically. I am willing to remedy the situation with those options if he wishes, if he would rather bash us than it is out of my hands and all i can do is focus on other orders.

What an ass. Sent the email Sunday and didn't even give you a chance to resolve the issue before posting pictures on the forums the same day!

C U Next Tuesday seems to be an appropriate description for him.

I'm not trying to make anyone out to be anything. Its obvious on our end that that slipped through before shipping. I apologize for that. I'm willing to make that right with the options i stated above and only those options. I want everyone to feel comfortable with their purchase.

I am honestly glad this just happened. It just showed me how much Jesse backs his shit up. I have seen too many companies lately being "shady" with their products & customer service.

I'm just posting my opinion after reading both sides of the story.

He sent an email on Sunday with issues on his header. Shit happens and the proper way to handle that is to contact the seller with the issues. Normal civilized people will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to correct the issues before posting crap on a public forum questioning the quality of the item. This should never have been made public in my mind unless he sent an email and didn't receive a response in a reasonable amount of time.

He posted the pictures the same day the email was sent. Again, my own opinion here, that makes him an ass.

The offer to replace the header or provide a full refund 2 days after receiving the email is great customer service. This little episode on the forums has only proven to me that I've made the right decision on who I want to buy a header from.

The worst part for me is, the header will arrive and be all sexy as hell, but I won't be connecting it to the stock front half of the exhaust. Guess the girlfriend will have to sleep on the couch a few nights while the rest of my exhaust gets built.

I have an issue with the quality. It's so damn nice I don't want to install it. I want to have my way with it in bed and then hang it on my wall (after washing it out).
