If you have a serious issue, he's on it immediately. When I read your last post, I knew that you wouldn't have to wait more than a few hours, even though you expected to wait another day. You chose the right tuner.

Thought I'd share this.
So went for service at Toyota today, with the stock map loaded. They ran a software check and everything was fine, could not pick up Ecutek had been installed. They also ran diagnostic test, which gave readings.

Then those that have headers installed without any spacers, once you running on your stock map, the CEL comes on. I further ran readings from Torque Pro, and my Cat sensors were hitting temps of up to 750 degrees, which is 100 degrees above the normal operating temperatures I have recorded prior to installing header.
I fitted spacers today to both sensors on the header, no CEL came on while on stock map and my temperatures are back down to normal.
Loaded the STG2 tune back and damn the car feels a whole lot more power. I'm going to dyno to verify to ensure its not my imagination.

Hope this was helpful info.

You might not want to have a spacer on the primary O2 sensor since it effects fueling. It could cause the car to run poorly over time since the sensor reading may be a different AFR than actual. The spacer on the secondary sensor is fine though. I believe the CEL was triggered only by the catalyst inefficiency reading from the secondary sensor.

Thanks, I was advised as you mentioned, just want to see the results before I take the one off if necessary.
So far the AFR readings from Torque are the same as I had before the spacer, so will keep an eye on it.
