The only problem I see here is your choice to "drop it like its hot", I guess because you think that is cool somehow, rather than an accessibility feature designed for people much shorter than you are.
It telescopes? Wtf I never knew that. I'll have to check that out when I get home.

That and other mysteries can be learned from the owners manual. No need to go to wizard school to learn those secrets.

Well apparently I need a wizard... Looks like this is a GT86 or FRS only feature. The BRZ manual says vertical and horizontal only.

Wait I'm an idiot. Horizontal I guess is telescopic...

Disregard!

I've got a similar setup. I'm 6'3" and yes the wheel tilts & telescopes, but not enough for my tastes. So to get to the comfortable position that I prefer, the wheel does get places at the furthest out and down position and ends up looking like your setup.

I'm 6 feet and I also like the steering wheel low. Has nothing to do with being cool. It is just comfortable in that position. As with the original poster .... I can't see the tack in this position either. I just look for the shift light when I need to shift.

So I am setup like that video and I still can't see the top of the tach. Its all about body proportions. I'm 5'9" and have very long arms and short torso. Whatever works. I just pay attention to the engine sound and shift light rather than the actual RPM.

Interesting, somehow I've arrived at this position on my own.

You need a bucket. It' will lower you and in all reality you want to have your legs as straight as possible.
