recently ordered a pair of toyota emblems for the fr-s. order went through painlessly but i was a little concerned with the lack of status updates on my order. after reading this thread i realized how understaffed they are at speedfactory and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. emblems showed up nicely packaged a few days later with some candy in tow.
the emblems were a bit of a dry run to see what kind of bumps i'd run into shipping parts into canada, glad to see everything was straightforward. looking forward to picking up more parts in the future

Thank you for the feedback.

There is only two of us here at the SpeedFactory. Yo and my self (Jeremy) . While small we take a very personal approach to our business. Every order that comes in WILL get filled. Our updates may be sparse but to be competitive we have to keep staff small. We spend our day shipping, answering phones, answering emails and more. We're car guys just like the rest of you and enjoy helping. Both Yo and myself work 12-14 hours days 6 days a week. I've been up since 7am working and it's now 8:47 and still at it here on the forums. We love this community and are here to help.

If you follow us on Instagram you will see my progress from painting our offices at 6pm CST. We do it all here.

I've never had an issue with lack of status updates from Jeremy. Pretty much eveything on my car is from him minus the turbo kit lol. I'm spoiled and live 35min from the US border so I just get all the parts shipped to the ups depot there.

Purchased numerous items from them, one of the items had a problem called the manufacture and they did not help me at all and quoted they could not help with returning and exchanging the item but if i needed any other assistance they would help, geez thanks. Called Speed-factory and without a doubt great customer service! Sending my CAI with the printed label once the UPS truck passes by tomorrow. Thanks!

I enjoy my Laffy Taffy I get on my orders from FT-86 Speedfactory. Even though it was in 100 degree heat, I still managed to eat it from the plastic. YUM. Keep sending the red ones to me. Those are the best!

I've only made one purchase through these guys but everything was awesome! I asked about ETA on the Perrin oil cooler and got a response within minutes at 9pm. I would have been perfectly happy with a response in a business day or so but these two work very hard. I will definitely be shopping again with them. Also cool that they're from the Midwest.

Thanks again, Jeremy and Yo!!!
