i got a few idea's if they decide to fix it,

Seibon wide carbon fenders (painted white?)
TS style carbon hood
RPF1 17 x 9 +35 gold
megan racespec coilovers, or airlift bags (might not work with a 9" wide tire without modifications)
carbon rear trunk lip
carbon mirror caps

if its written off i think its an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler

No witnesses or video of the incident so it's my word vs. his. They already said it was something that happened outside of work hours as well. Also, he's a full time employee and I'm a contractor. I guess it is what it is.

Yeah you're looking at about 15,000$ in damage, headlights are 550$ a piece, front fender is about 475, it adds up fast, also, if any of your wirring got damaged i.e. the piece of wire going to your side marker, the whole wiring harneas for the car has to be ordered which is 10,000$ unless they can source the pieces they need off a totalled FR-S or if they can find a company that buys the complete harness and parts out pieces for ridiculous prices. Best of luck to you, had some bad luck with mine as well, so I'm talking with experience!

Well either one of 2 things.....

A) He rear ended someone moving at "some" mph

B) A substantially larger vehicle backed into him at "some" mph

Judging from the way the hood is folded up, and the bumper and front crush structure being vertically compressed.... I'd wager it was A, and said hit vehicle was an SUV

Unless you can document that the car was nose-diving during the impact, hard to confirm either? But, I'd also bet on A too.
