Any shops that do Full Car Plasti-Dipping on LI?

Just wondering trying out a funky color or something...

i would assume this is much cheaper than vinyl wrapping my car

ehh i would love to but dont have the time right now with work and school.
besides i feel like i would probably waste a bunch of cans trying to get it right.

i know thats part of the fun but right now i rather pay an expert at plasti-dippin and let them get it right

You're plasti-dipping. You don't "Get it right." Just buy a case and go to town!

Plastdip places may be hard to find but there are plenty of places that do full wraps... any tint place or any sign place can help you there.

not really into the plasti dip your whole car thing being that I'm a guy who is all about the paint underneath

with that said a kid up the block from me does his sti every 6 months. So I know there are local places. A quick google search should find something. Look for a dip your car installer. I've also seen at least 1 guy on instagram who was from LI and dipping cars.

What works better for protecting your paint: plasti-dipping your front bumper and leading edges of the hood & fenders or using the 3M film from the dealer?

Does it make sense to put a think layer of Plasti Dip behind your wheels or just go with the mudguards (which could trap dirt & grit thus scraping off your paint over time resulting in rust)?
