this is a big job.... if I get the OEM panel, you have to get the wires and ECU to become plug and play?

You would need the WHOLE GT86/Limited BRZ wiring harness for the whole car and the GT86/Limited BRZ ECU to be fully plug and play.

I wanna do this route. But it's probably gonna cost an arm and a leg.

Did anyone ever look how much the ECU & wiring from the BRZ/10Series cost?

Seems like cost wouldn't be horrible in a few years when there's wrecked 10 series to source from.

my car is still 8000 miles, I think it is cheaper to trade in and get an new 10 series..
but all my TRD stuffs I put into the car will need to come off.

maybe in a few years they will have a TRD supercharge version?

too early to tell. TRD did make a supercharger for the 86s....buttttt you need to buy 2 full kits....and the price was over 50,000 (you read that number right)....The kit was within racing specs...hence why it is so high

Agree. Kudos to OP but I'm the type of guy that needs it to go like this; remove screw, plug in the adapters, now place screw back in and your are done!

Guess I have to wait till the 15 Toyota 86. Wink wink!
