I made a right turn and floored it show my buddy how it hugs the corners. Back spun out a bit and made a loud roar right passed a cop in the oncoming. He was the fourth car and immediately did a u and pulled me over. I wasn't speeding technically but i did take the turn at close to 25. He gave me a warning and told me not to be reckless. Fair enough. Don't drive like an asshole.

Lol within the speed limit and within your limits doesn't seem reckless to me

Actually more closer here in PA but rare is ENRADD, my friend driving his dad's 1992 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 was with my other friend they got pulled over for 20 mph over and got some $200 fine or something don't remember exactly, but that is practically undetectable. They have 3 cops one at the beginning and one at the end of this trap and what happens is they have two transmitters across the roadway and they hide there asses behind stuff. When you pass the first transmitter you are timed, then pass the second transmitter ends the timer, and using the Distance= rate x time they find your rate because enradd already calculates the rest in split seconds. And all that is sent across there radio channel so you can't jam it, unless you jam there radio which is impossible and a federal crime.

My last ticket was in "09" i have yet to get one with the FR-S however i've come close about 2 times lol. First close call i was doing 80 in a 65 trying to pass a slow honda that had cut me off on the highway and didn't notice that i had hit that speed and a cop pulled out from nowhere behind me, he actually ended up passing me as i was already slowing down after i passed the honda lol. 2nd time was on the way home from a meet in nor cal in april, and decided to speed a bit on my way home (it was almost a 3 hour drive home and had about 45 min left of the trip) highway was pretty clear, not much traffic so i did 80 in a 70 not outrageous but cops are picky through that area. Well i saw the cop coming from the other side of the highway, (i was headed southbound he was heading northbound) and there were gaps in the median that allowed for turning off the highway through opposing traffic. So i double tapped the paddle shifters to shift the car into 4th and the engine revved louder than i expected and he got to the turn and flipped around followed for a couple seconds and then parked, when i saw him flip around i thought for sure i was getting a ticket lol.

Im 20, started driving at 16 but i only have 1 speeding ticket but have gotten pulled over a lot. Owned my STi for 3 years; leaving lake tahoe headed home, it was misty and foggy so i was passing people going 80 mph and before i knew it chp was lighting me up. Knew i was wrong so i didnt bother making an excuse, i was straight forward with him, and he only wrote me down for 70 or 75 mph cant remember lol.

Got my very first "unsafe speed" citation a couple hours ago!

68 on a 45

But I'm happy I did, for some reason I want to get pulled over and experience it so I'll know what to expect next time, lol.

I used to be apart of this forum a while back when I had my tC, here is a thread on how to reduce your chances of getting a speeding ticket.

No tickets yet but I think I may have got two other drivers tickets. 1st week of owning my FRS driving to work on the highway cruising about 75 (10 MPH) over the limit. Have this BMW riding my ass hard so I just get over into the slow lane he fly's by me looks at me and smirks. About 30 yards ahead Highway patrol pulls out behind him in front of me lights flashing. I laughed as I rolled by. Then on the 4th of July had another **** riding my ass flashing his high beams. So when we got to a stop light that we was both turning left at. Light turns green I gun it turn pass him then cut him off (road rage LOL) going about 65 in a 40.. next light is my turn light turns red I get over into the turn lane to make a right the guy runs the red light Sheriff sitting at the corner pulls out behind his lights on. I Lol'd again. Guess it's bad luck for people to tailgate me. haha

My attorney gives me a discount if I have more than one speeding ticket, so I continue to look for more ways to save. Unfortunately I just received warnings on my last three traffic stops due to my spotless record and my respectful demeanor.
