^^ Nope, you sure it's melted? Maybe the nut got tightened down and the pipe has something pushing it down?

I know it gets warm in there maybe you had it too tight combined with heat and it split. I think melted you would see bubbles in the rubber. how many miles on your kit.

Hmm I'll double check it, I think I tried using it to hold the pipe up a bit higher since I was concerned about clearance of the belt, maybe it was too much pressure on it and it split.

Not many, 1 week so like ~500km

Visconti = 9283ms
FA20 = 8220ms

Will be curious to redo comparison once they've both been readjusted, this is the initial base tune sent by both so take it with a grain of salt.

Hopefully dynos in a couple weeks if I find time to head down to Calgary
so does this mean that FA20 tune makes more power? any knock count difference between the two?

According to my butt dyno, yes it definitely pulls harder. Hoping to get dynos down the road to back things up

I haven't seen a single knock on both tunes through various data logs and pulls

The V-3 H67B is quite capable of handling what most enthusiasts would require from it (skatery1989 is making 365rwhp on E85 with it). For someone looking to go more to the extreme (and has a setup built for the job), we can calculate what the proper compressor would be for that application.

Can this also be done on stock internals? 91?

No, and yes. Bigger compressors will be great for higher output, but likely be less responsive on the low end of the spectrum. Any V-1, V-2, V-3, or even V-7 should fit into the Supercharger bracket. Again, almost no one will ever need to go beyond the output capability of the V-3 H67B included with the kit though. Going to a bigger blower just to have a bigger blower is not the right course of action here...you may actually lose power unless your setup is sufficiently built enough to make use of it.

It is all about the right tool for the job. Just like you wouldn't want to try nailing a picture to the wall with a sledgehammer, in most cases you would not want to put a compressor on a 2.0 Liter engine that is more suited for a 5.0 Liter engine. The H67B was designed for this FA20 engine, and seems to work quite well on them.
