I love the concept rims, I can see where steelies would make sense for some, but I .prefer to get the rims from the factory. Factory rims run smoother then rims purchased afterwards. It always seems that the local tire guys can't balance rims after about 65-70mph. The best I have ever seen was 80mph. When I first purchased my Sky Redline, it would run up to 120 before giving me any balance feedback. I would rather have nice factory rims, even if their benefit is only for the first 35000miles....

Probably cause the factory uses a road force balancer not like the smaller shops that have balancers that only can do static and dynamic type of balance.

No I'm not a retard, **** head. Manufacturers (especially Toyota) dont build cars anymore that cater to a specific niche like this. They build cars that EVERYONE WILL BUY (i.e. good looking cars with real world options)

They will not do something as sinical as putting steelies as an option that HARDLY ANYONE WILL BUY.

End of story. Dont get all butt hurt because I come in here and tell it like it is. All I was saying is that its not cost effective nor smart business sense to put ugly ass wheels on a car even as an option, just to cater to .5% of buyers...get it?

Ya, who would cater to .5% of the buyers... Supplying "stripped down" as an option? Well, BMW would for one.

I voted no, I'd rather have something that looks decent enough that can be dealt with for the time being until nicer wheels are purchased. But that's just me...

No offense to Ford, but I care less bout Ford. Anyways, yeah some auto companies go out of their way to support the enthusiasts and racers for sure.
