Sick Ichi....I haven't drifted a single 86 yet. I'm slacking...
I have grabbed another fresh 86 to see if I can duplicate that lap that I did with my already broken in 86. I'm not sure if I can...that might have been a one-hit wonder. Funny thing is, my new 86 has one more hp and one more PP than the 86 I ran the 1:04 with. |

Tsukuba: 1.06.472 Laguna : 1.43.747 I still have some room for improvement with more time on the tracks. Especially at Laguna if nailing/cutting some apexes. Started at 409pp at Tsukuba, did not save yesterday so car had 0 milage. But those Tsukuba times you guys are posting are insane fast! ![]() I have a hard time seeing myself in the high 1.05.xxx range.. What are your guys typical lap time? Splits on fastest lap time? Did some laps drifting the Stock GT86 on comfort hard to see how I compared. 15834 points. Guess you would easily beat it. Most laps in 13-14k range... Maybe u should start a drift thread ichitaka05 ![]() Btw, im not much of a drifter, but like going sideways.. ^^ Have to be doing a lot of work before 1. January so not sure if I will get more/much driving time.. Anyway, Happy Christmas all! |

For a my brand spanking new 86, my average time is 1:06.xxx. My oldest mileage 86 is the one with the 1:04.838.
I might have to end up re-doing that time. If someone is at home right now (at work and it won't be until another 8hrs before I'm back home), could you try refreshing your chassis and engine on your used up 86's. I want to know how much this effects your time. It does not effect PP at all when doing it, but there might be effects on the chassis still that will allow you to go faster. Can someone test this out and report back if your lap times drop pretty good. Trying to figure out if it effects performance but does not factor it into the PP of the car. |

Updated! Let me know if I missed anything.
I don't have a problem with the chassis refresh but I don't know much about it so if someone could look into it a little more that would be great. I don't want a ton of little weird advantages going on but also buying a new 86 every few hours is also a pain. |

Yeah, 13k~14k is average of drift score... But after warm up the tires, it's pretty easy to get extra 1k w/o problem. I won't prob be making drift point score thread. Too much hassle & drifting is best when there is more than one person drifting the track ![]() As for chassis refreshing, it's like car wash. It'll improve on you top speed, but doesn't improve your hp |

Alright, then my lap is solid. If anyone wants to add me as a friend (Rhythmnsmoke) I believe we can load ghost to another user that way if we are both on. I will be on tomorrow and we can do a private lounge or something. |

8:43.5 on the Nurburgring first try. A pro using a wheel should be able to knock 15-20 seconds off of that time.
Bone stock, oil change. Love how the car handles but it could use more power in the form of i/h/e. Then it would be a bombshell. |

I have a few courses that I run for certain PP setups. Tuning the 86 to 450PP is a lot of fun, and I was able to beat previous bests from my 450PP FD by 1-2 seconds on 3 different courses!

Just wondering btw; why is this thread in the general forum?
Also, any idea of BRZ hitting GT5 or F4?
