so drl resistor unplug, plug left on the car that normally goes into the drl resistor, tap into those prongs in the connector and it should be good? |

Yes, two wires, one for each headlight. The way I did it was I tapped the passenger headlight to the green wire in the drl resistor, then I tapped the driver headlight into the passenger's drl line (which was tapped into the drl resistor line). As long as they are both getting power from the positive DRL line you are good, how you do it doesn't matter.

FYI, if you want a reversible install for the last pin (DRL), find some single pin connectors online. I had a set left over from a motorcycle HID kit I never used and it made everything look even cleaner. Just a suggestion to avoid having to remove the pin from the last wire.

only thing I will mention is that if you have a vortech kit and a perrin oil cooler. the driver side is going to be a pain in the ass with the reservoir that comes with the vortech kit. all i'm saying is it's gonna be squished a bit haha. also the oil lines need to be moved over towards the center to make everything work. the passenger side is gravy! |
