I will be attempting to cut some OEM struts with a #3 pipe cutter I bought from harbor freight for $20 tomorrow. Wish me luck and hopefully I won't screw anything up too badly.

I've had my prokits and Koni yellows for a couple weeks now and I'm dying to get them on but want to do the install myself (with a friend that knows more than I do).

I just did the front install with the Koni yellows and Eibach Pro-Kits. Pro-Kits are advertised to be a 1" drop but I'm closer to a 9/16" drop right now immediately after the front install (still need to do the rear next). I didn't use a torque wrench for the top nut either (since I don't have the right adapters on my 1/2" drive torque wrench for it) to get to 37 lb fts. I just torque'd it slightly more than hand tighten hoping I get in the ball park.

This may not be a question about the Koni Yellows but more so about the Pro-Kits, but how much do springs typically settle?
