Wheel Spacer Recommendation - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I've browsed through the forums and there are many brands with good quality spacers. For a general consensus, what brand of spacers do you all recommend based on experience? If a brand that you prefer is not on the list, feel free to select 'Other' and respond with the brand below. You can select multiple brands if you desire and have experience with different brands.

I like German engineering. Not listed by you but SSC Fahrzeug.

They might ship from here for you but freight might cost a lot

Those look great but for the price and shipping from Germany, I think that other brands would be most cost-efficient.

Good call. I forgot about their spacers. I looked up what sized they had and on their website, they only offer 25mm and 30mm so that is something people should be aware of.

I think that right now, I am deciding between B2AutoDesigns and H&R Trak+ spacers. B2AutoDesigns are roughly $25 cheaper than the H&R Trak+ but the H&Rs come in black which is worth the price difference since the ADVANs that I ordered will be matte black. My only concern is that I do not see 10mm spacers offered on their website for our platform which is odd since they have 5mm and 15mm available. I need to contact them about that since I need 10mm in the rear along with ARP studs.

Not ruling out Eibach spacers though.

Make sure the backpad of the wheel has cutouts with enough clearance/depth for the stock studs after the spacer is mounted.

I asked about that when I ordered and was informed that they do. We'll see in 3-4 months when they arrive.

For the ADVANs that I purchased, they do not offer the size and offset that would allow me to run without spacers in order to sit flush with the fender. The specs that I ordered are below.I would need at least a 10mm or 15mm up front to safely clear the bags but that would not sit flush with the fender so a 20mm is needed. As for the rears, the offset is 10mm higher than my current wheels with the same wheel width and my current wheels sit flush. So a 10mm spacer there would fix that.

@Michael i had the b2auto spacer also to clear the front bags and the stud on the spacer got stripped and rounded...... had to torch that stud and snap it off which damage my wheels. Got h&r spacers and never had a single issue putting them on and off and the quality feels way better.

Thanks for the heads up on that. B2Auto is about 20 minutes from my house which is a perk but they do not offer a black bolt-on spacer while H&R does and is highly recommended from what I've seen. I'm leaning towards the H&R Trak+ spacers but I need to see if they also sell 10mm sandwich spacers that I'll pair up with a set of ARP studs.

Does anyone know if H&R sells 10mm spacers? I am going to call them during the day but I am not seeing it on their website or any vendor websites in the 10mm size.

EDIT: I found a set of H&R DR black wheel spacers in 5x100 57.1 bore size over on Evasive Motorsports' website. I did not see any for 56.1 bore size but not sure if 1mm different is much to worry about and anything that thin likely would not be strong enough.

I still plan to contact H&R to verify.
