Assuming you want to disable ABS. This process leaves ABS functional but allows proper trail braking on the track.

I'm wondering why some people have to do this. I hold the traction button for a few seconds and everything is off completely...did a lot of drifts and donuts in the snow and there's no computer correction to be felt at all.

EBD prevents proper trail braking on track. That's the only reason to do this as far as I can tell. I never had a problem with autocross and don't drift. :shrug:

If you can't turn the TC and VSC back on by pressing the buttons, then it worked. You'll need to turn off the engine to turn TC and VSC back on.

Note: I only tried this on MT. I'm not sure if it works on AT.

isnt this just the same as press and holding the TS button for 5 seconds? and it disables TC and VSC and keeps it off til you turn it back on...?? If it is different, could u please explain to me the difference ?? lol thanks

I guess the title might be a bit misleading, it disables EBD also (electronic brake distribution)as someone actually told me before. It's not something you'd realize just driving on the road.
