I installed a Greddy oil drain plug in my car. It did not have any leaks after I did my first oil change (obviously when I swapped it in). I just did my fourth oil change a few hours ago and just saw a small pool of oil under the car. Not huge, probably a few good sized drops. Going to go back to the OEM drain plug when I do another oil change in a few weeks after a track day just to stop the leaking.

Was wondering if anybody also had the same issue?
I have the Greddy drain bolt with no problems to date just did my 3rd oil change and still no leaks. I also change my drain gasket every time with the OEM 803916010 from Subaru. Hope that helps.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I swapped out the Greddy last night and went OEM. No leaks. I definitely used a fresh OEM gasket every time.

I will look into the magnet for the oil filter.

Posting here 10 years later. Had the Greedy drain bolt for last 10 years with no issues. Now it started leaking. Used a new washer, but can't torque it down to 39 Nm. Just keeps on spinning and I'm afraid of shearing it off. Gonna replace it with a new Oem bolt.

Edit: replaced the bolt and added a picture of the Greedy one. Looks like it was going to fail and second
