So I've been looking around, during my turbo kit browsing, at catch cans.

Is there no way around using a dual catch can design?

I know the AVO "breather tank" has two inlets for PCV and crankcase, but is there another catch can design like the Radium that uses a two inlet top?

Furthermore, is there any detrimental effect to only using one catch can? If so, which one provides the biggest safety factor to the engine (i.e. catches most blow by)?

I'm a little floored by the ~$400 price tag for the Radium dual setup, not that they aren't tracked tested and all, just that no other system that I've found is cheaper than that with the two inlets (other than the AVO which won't fit mine).

I'd rather not vent to Atmo.

That's along the lines of something I'm looking for though, at least in terms of ports.

Yeah, I'm really trying to stay away from vent to atmo.

I plan on tracking the car and I don't want to spew vapors. I like closed systems.

Also, isn't there some legal thing that you can't vent?

That is only a single system for the crankcase and not PCV it seems.

AFAIK the PCV emits the bulk of the vapours.

I thought stock PCV just recirculated to get burned off?

I wish I could go with this, but the mounting system is based on the stock cross braces. I have an ARM strut bar so I don't think it'd work in my case.

Those cans do looks good though.
