If I'm in my car, I'll nod/wave or give a flash of the lights...if I'm just outside seeing one randomly, I'll give a glance and nod quietly

I have always get waves and revs or just looks I like that about this car we all know that what we have is a special car that's fun for the enthusiast driver a lot of people don't understand that and that's why I see it as a bigger deal when I see one cause it's usually like twice a month maybe ... I hate it when people are like why would you buy this car only 200hp I would smoke you blah blah blah and then I'm like I would let you drive it since you've never even driven one so you can see what it's about but you can't drive stick shift and I love my car to much to let you screw it up

I usually just try to make eye contact with the driver, but most of the time, they just ignore me, and then I feel rejected. One time, I did manage to get a smile from a fellow twin driver. It made my day.

Nothing. There's enough of them around that I don't really care anymore.

Agreed there are so many around, especially stock looking probably driven by mild to non-enthusiasts that don't acknowledge others so I don't bother nodding. Not like in spring 2012 when I got mine and for about a year after. Now, I just flick a booger at them. LOL On the other hand I check out tastefully modded ones.

There are lots where I work. At least a dozen out of about 5000 people, but, I rarely actually see the people that drive them. On the road I usually see about 2 a day (although not as many through the winter months). I wave or throw a peace sign up. I just figure that most people that bought the car are either driving enthusiasts or petrolheads. In either case, we seem to be an endangered species and I pay my respects to like-minded individuals.

I challenge any FRS enthusiast to take the same speed on the same corner/turn I do. I'm fully stock. If you can do it I'll give you 2 thumbs up!

Having grown up driving British cars (in the USA), I try to carry on the tradition of acknowledging the other car. Usually by flashing. Quite a few around down here.
