Legal guru I need an advise
Like the title said i need advise to make a decision.
Do u think its worth going to a small claim court just get what your dealer promise you and sign in the paper works, its about a back up camera it comes with my frs when i bought the car the financed guy who sold us the accessory told and explained to us where getting a camera with a rear view mirror monitor, now they just want to do the monitor on top of the dashboard because they said they didnt charge that Im just thinking because they break their promise and after 2 mos calling them about the monitor I just want them to refund the total value of the accessories that I payed for, its that possible Hope you could give me an advice should i just get their offer or continue file a claim to small court for a refund for the accessories, for not being dishonest Thanks |

Unless it was in writing I don't think you should push for it. Just take what you can get. Sales people and managers often at times don't know what is able to be done at their dealership. They will BS you until you buy, then if the issue comes up they will try to compensate you in another way.
Did you get a "WE OWE YOU" or anything with the delivery of your vehicle? |

You can try based upon a verbal contract. The statute of limitations is just shorter than a written one. You need to send them a demand letter though before suing. Probably would get what you wanted after the purchase though as most cases get a court date 2 months out or so and then they have 30 days to comply

I'm not sure what happened. If you have something in writing I would say yes. If not, take what you can get.

Wait, so you ordered an FR-S with a dealer added reverse camera which was supposed to have been installed before pickup?
And you have already taken delivery of the car, and they did not install the part? And now you want the price of ALL accessories refunded, including the ones you may have received? Is the rear view camera written on your sales contract or do you have any paperwork proving that you paid for a rear view camera and other accessories? Did you buy any other dealer accessories that either were or were not installed? |

Most lawyers allow your first visit (consultation) free. Take what paperwork you have, go to a near by lawyer and ask him.
