Someone with more hands-on info can probably help you with that but I assume that the key has to be on the 'ON' position. Try that.

The radio has to have power, whether thats on ACC or ON doesnt matter. Make sure the car is stationary, they hide some of the menus when the car is in motion.

Push the knob in, go to Bluetooth, and Connect.

If the power is off and you hold down the knob, you go into different settings.

Turn the radio on, push the knob (dont hold it down) and now you can access the normal menu.

Garage
Turn the stereo to any source
Push the big knob
Twist the knob til you see bluetooth
Push knob
Find something along the lines of connect
Press knob
Turn bluetooth on on your phone and search for devices
Connect
Enjoy.

just wondering, but are you trying to pair it while the car is in motion? The bluetooth option disappears whenever the car is moving
